Hi, I’m Alice a Yoga Teacher based in Crystal Palace. I completed my 200hr teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in Bali at East West Yoga.
I have been practicing Yoga for 10 years, and I'm deeply passionate about the healing possibilities of yoga for both the body and the mind, having felt this impact personally in my life.
